Common questions
How much does a website or booking system cost?
Every business is different, so we don't have a price list. Tell us what you need and you'll get one fixed quote in writing — no hourly billing, no surprises. If we guess the work wrong, we carry the cost, not you.
How long does it take?
Plan on two to four weeks from agreeing the quote to going live. Booking systems take about the same, depending on what we're connecting to.
What kind of admin can you take over?
Bookings on WhatsApp or your website, reminders and confirmations, quotes and follow-ups, new-client forms and records — plus a helper that answers common questions and drafts replies for you to approve. If a task eats your evenings, it can probably be handed over.
Is WhatsApp okay for client bookings under POPIA?
Yes — if it's set up properly. That means the official WhatsApp Business Platform, not a personal app; a written agreement covering how details are handled; asking each client's permission in the chat before any details are taken — including that WhatsApp sends data overseas; and keeping marketing messages strictly opt-in and separate from booking messages. We build all of that in, and we store as little as possible.
Do you only build websites?
